Therese Custom Designs ships domestically and internationally
Orders are processed within 48 hours of being received pending credit card verification. Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the next business day (this excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays). Therese Custom Designs will contact you with a follow-up email should we need additional identification for credit card verification.
Because all of our jewelry is handmade you have to be a little bit patient if we are making a customized piece for you.

Because some our jewelry is made of 14k gold and precious gems please kindly note that we require a signature upon delivery.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
We want you to love your jewelry item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item (excludes custom orders) for exchange only within 14 days of receipt in its original packaging and in unworn condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Custom orders are personalized and made to your specifications and are therefore non-returnable. The client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid and insured to Therese Custom Designs. We reserve the right to not accept a return if an item has been damaged or worn. While our policies are firm, we will do everything we can to work with you and make sure your experience is positive.
